⚠️ Important Handling Information

Please note that the glass used for our 350ml Glass Snowglobe Mugs is thinner and more delicate than the glass used in many of our other snowglobe products. Extra care must therefore be taken when inserting the stopper after filling your mug.

Do not use excessive pressure to push the stopper into place, as applying too much force may cause the glass around the filling hole to crack or break.

For easier and safer stopper insertion, we recommend:

• Wetting both the stopper and filling hole with a small amount of your snowglobe solution before inserting. This helps the stopper slide into position more easily.

• Using a pokey/weeding tool to gently work the edges of the stopper into the hole, rather than trying to push the entire stopper in using downward pressure.

• Working slowly around the stopper until it is fully and securely seated.

Please take your time during this step — these mugs require a gentler touch than our thicker glass snowglobes.

As with all glass products, we recommend handling your mug with care throughout the crafting process, particularly when inserting the stopper. Following the steps above will help make this part of the process as easy as possible. 💕
